The space
The Point is a new (2021) gated community in Avellanas and this house is in a small sub-community of 8 houses located around a central pool. Exotic tropical gardens and palms run throughout the community and the pool is just steps away from the door. Howler Monkeys can be heard in the background most evenings and Scarlet Macaws visit frequently. The guest room features a dedicated workspace for those who bring work along.
